Buono Italian is an independent family owned Italian cafe/ristorante located in Bushey Heath, Hertfordshire.
It opened May 2016 and since has gained great popularity with the locals as the place where 'the good food is at'.

Meet The Chef
Italian born Chef Claudio Barchieri, has made his ultimate dream come true by opening his first independent restaurant in the area of Bushey - Hertfordshire.
"Four years ago, I moved to the area of Bushey with my family and fell in love with this small town so much that I decided to give up my Executive Chef job in London with the Taverna Etrusca Restaurants to open Buono Italian right in the heart of Bushey Heath".
Chef Claudio Barchieri trained in Milan before coming to London. His culinary expertise is remarkable, and one that has strengthened through 35 years of experience working at well known establishments in London and abroad:
Executive chef at the former No.5 Ltd in Cavendish Square, Chef Consultant at Gilgamesh in Camden Town, Head Chef at San Carlo Restaurant in Highgate, also at Montpeliano Restaurant in Knightsbrige, and built an international career working at the Caracas Hilton in South America and for the prestigious Pacific Cruises amongst others.
In the past, Claudio's work has been featured in the popular BBC Hit show "Celebrity Master Chef", as well as on several printed magazines such as OK and Tattler.
"I am giving my all! and what makes it even more rewarding is the warm welcome we have received from the Bushey Heath community who have been behind the scenes encouraging me step by step prior the opening" says Claudio.
Buono Italian has opened its doors on May 9th, 2016. Customers can expect a selection of delicious, authentic Italian dishes with the inclusion of popular favourites in a very relaxed, informal, and friendly environment full of Italian flare.
